What are “AI answers” in a plan?
One assistant’s answer to one buyer question. For most assistants a question costs 1–2 answers; assistants with expensive web search, such as Claude or Yandex Neuro, use more. Before every run the app shows how many answers it will use. If the monthly quota runs out, buy the “+1,000 AI answers” pack.
How does the trial work?
The trial lasts 14 days from signup and needs no card. It allows 10 questions, 2 assistants, up to 3 repeats and 300 AI answers for the whole trial. When it ends, your data stays readable and runs pause until you choose a plan.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Bank card and SBP. Companies and sole proprietors can pay by invoice with a bank transfer. Card and SBP subscriptions renew automatically.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then. You can resume the subscription before it ends.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. An upgrade applies immediately with a charge proportional to the rest of the period; a downgrade starts with the next period.
Do you issue invoices for companies?
Yes. Choose bank transfer at checkout, fill in your company details and download the invoice as a PDF.
